Here are the changes that have been noticed:
- Nokia start-up screen has been enhanced with a “Connecting People” slogan below the Nokia logo.
- The phone has lesser memory after start-up but it seems to utilise the memory very well and very little lags and crashes are present.
- The dial-pad on the home-screen now has letters embedded too.
- Kinetic Scrolling throughout the phone interface including applications.
- Updated web browser.
Apart from the main points mentioned above, the firmware update should also bring in various other bug fixes and stability improvements. The firmware should be released soon and available through the Nokia Software update program.

Olá Toonho! Hi im from Portugal too. i have a branded vodafone 5800 too. the solution i found was change product code. its forbidden, and warranty dont cover after you do this, but just in case i updated to v31 and then changed product to original again. if the phone goes bad i dont now if warranty will cover. branded 5800′s usually are on v21

if you have a 5800 vodafone you suppose to have the red one. so use 0570022 : EURO1 RED Portugal. its the PC of Portuguese unbranded 5800 the software to change the product code is Nemesis Service Suite (NSS). make it one your own risk. if you need a tutorial search on google or give me your email and i send for you.
